It was an odd season, characterized by abundant rainfall in the spring period, while almost non-existent in August, with high temperatures, even at night. A situation which fortunately improved as the harvest approached, experiencing a lowering of temperatures which allowed a good concentration of the aromatic substances and the maintenance of the acid component. A not abundant vintage, as there was a drop in volume compared to the average of recent years, however favoring the quality.
The wines that are proposed, in fact, with the fundamental technological and innovation contribution (our Gianfranco Follador Method), combined with the passion of our winemakers, are excellent from a qualitative point of view, with a beautiful balance between fruity and floral and with good contribution in their structure.
The conditions, therefore, to create an excellent Prosecco Superiore, despite the vagaries of the weather, are all there again this year.
